Frequently Asked Questions
Good things to know beforehand and Terms & Conditions
What is soft washing?
Professional power washing isn't just blasting things with high-pressure water since that would damage painted wood, composite trim, decks, railings, and even concrete and asphalt. Soft washing utilizes eco-friendly and biodegradable detergents and surfactants to remove algae, mildew, moss, grime, and mold.

Your entire home or business is washed top to bottom OR just the parts you dictate. Siding, trim, soffits, fascia, and gutter faces are included, but decks, porches, and patios are not. Tiger Stripes on gutters is a separate service as well. Those certainly can be included, though. Please let us know what you need cleaned.

Will the cleaning remove all the green nasty stuff and the black dots?
A proper house wash removes the grime and dirt along with organic compounds such as mold, algae, and mildew, and mold but if your wood siding has little black round spots, these are Sphaerobolus aka "shotgun fungus", "artillery fungus" or "cannonball fungus" and can not be cleaned. In addition, aluminum gutters get discolored over time due to the electrostatic bond created between the anodized aluminum and environmental pollutants
